Necessity of Protien:
Daily Protein requirement to our body is to multiply the body weight in Kg. by 1 gm. That is a man of 50 kilograms has to take 50 grams of Protein every day.
The necessity of Protein should change according towork and health, like.
Normal working adults :
everyday 1 gram multiply to body weight in kg.
Children :
everyday 1.5 gram multiply to body weight in kg.
Pregnant or feeding mothers :
everyday 1.75 gram multiply to body wieght in kg.
On other conditions more Protein is required. Like Exercise, People doing difficult work, Athlete, infected people, people who are burnt, people living in polluted environment, in case of defects in the body, indigestion etc.
