Types of Protien :


Protein is mainly of two types.  One General Protein and the other Soya Protein.  We get General Protein from milk, fruits, egges, fish, meat etc.,  on the other hand Soya Protein is called the Complete protein which we get only from Soya Bean.

Why Soya Protein ?


There are a total of 22 amino acids required in our body.  Out of this 13 amino acid are produced in our body the rest ofthe 9 cannot be created by our body.  Soya Bean is such a protein which contains all the other 9 amino acids.  There is no other vegetable thing on this planet that is why soya protein is called the complete protien.  

if general protein goes into the body more than which is required, then it can prove to be harmful for the body.  But soya protein even if taken more than required, the body uses the amount which is required and converts the other into energy.

Soya Protein is easily digestible also and in just 4 hours its starts working to give you energy.  If a man takes 25 grams of soya protein every day with other edible food, then he can stay healthy.

The amount of protein in 1 kilogram of Soya Bean is more than the protein available in 13 Ltr of Milk or 2 Kg of meat or 66 eggs and 2 kilogram of dal.
